Most transformation work focuses on changing behavior or shifting mindset. But I kept watching people struggle—understanding their patterns intellectually but feeling stuck in the same loops.
Then I discovered memory reconsolidation: the neuroscience of how change actually happens at the level of prediction. Not "trying harder." Not "staying positive." Just updating the old decisions your nervous system made when you were younger, under different circumstances, with different resources.
