A 2-Hour Live Workshop for People Who Can't Rest Until Everyone Else is Happy

Friday, February 13th | 10:30am MT
Live on Zoom + 72-Hour Replay Access

You're Drowning in Stress That Isn't Even Yours

You wake up already thinking about what everyone else needs.

Your to-do list is full of other people's priorities while yours keep getting pushed to "someday."

You tell yourself you'll rest when everything's handled... but there's always one more thing, one more person who needs you, one more fire to put out.

And even when you try to relax, your nervous system won't let you.

Because for people-pleasers, stress doesn't just accumulate from your own life - you're absorbing everyone else's too. You can't say no without guilt. You can't rest without feeling selfish. Your system is wired to believe love must be earned through constant doing.

So the stress bucket just keeps filling.

And here's what most people don't realize: when your stress bucket is full, nothing else works.

All those new habits you're trying to build? Your nervous system sees them as threats, not solutions.

The boundaries you know you should set? They feel impossible because your body treats "no" as dangerous.

The identity shifts you're working toward? They can't take root when your system is maxed out on stress.

You can't transform from a state of overwhelm. You have to empty the bucket first.

What You'll Learn in This Workshop

This isn't just stress management tips or breathing exercises you'll forget by Monday.

This is a complete system for regularly emptying your stress bucket - so your nervous system has space to actually change.

In 2-hours, you'll discover:

The Brain Dump Method - How to externalize the chaos in your head and represent it metaphorically so your brain can actually process it

Somatic Release Practices - Powerful body-based releasing techniques

Breath Enhanced Emotional Processing - To get you in the ideal brain state to enable change

The Daily De-Stress Practice - A simple routine you can do in minutes to prevent the bucket from overflowing

The Monthly Reset - A deeper process to clear accumulated stress and create space for new patterns to take root

Why Your Nervous System Resists Rest - And how to change your relationship with stress so you're not constantly fighting yourself

This workshop gives you the missing foundation - the practices that create the space for everything else (boundaries, self-prioritization, identity shifts) to actually work.

SPACE IS LIMITED.

who this is for:

This workshop is specifically designed for people-pleasers who:

  • Can't rest until everyone else is happy (which means you never rest)
  • Feel guilty saying no, even when you're drowning
  • Absorb other people's stress like it's your job to fix it
  • Know you "should" set boundaries but your body won't let you
  • Have tried every productivity hack and self-care ritual but still feel maxed out
  • Are exhausted from earning love, acceptance, and belonging through constant doing

This is for you if: You're ready to stop managing stress better and start actually releasing it - so you can finally have space to become someone different.

Space is limited to 50 participants

who this is NOT FOR:

This workshop requires active participation. If you're looking for passive consumption or quick fixes without doing the work, this isn't it.

If you're not willing to examine your patterns or try somatic practices, you won't get much from this.

And if you're in acute crisis or dealing with severe trauma, you'll benefit more from one-to-one support where I can focus on you and only you.

space is limited.

What Happens Next

After the workshop, you'll have immediate access to:

  • The replay (available for 72 hours) [Note: Extended access available for purchase]
  • A follow-up email with the practices we covered
  • An invitation to continue this work in The Permission Experiment - my 12-week group program where we go deeper into identity transformation, memory reconsolidation, and becoming someone who's allowed to exist without earning it.

This workshop is the foundation. The Permission Experiment is where the real transformation happens.

Memory whisperer

Nicola Vitkovich

I'm a Memory Whisperer who helps people-pleasers break free from the exhausting loop of putting everyone else first.

I know this work intimately - not because I've transcended people-pleasing, but because I'm still using these tools myself. I occupy two spaces simultaneously: in the pattern, and watching it.

That's what makes me effective.

I'm currently in year-long training as a Human Architect with Dr. Jade Teta, integrating memory work, nervous system regulation, and identity transformation into one coherent practice.

Everything I'm learning, I'm bringing directly into my work.

I've been facilitating transformation groups since 2018, and I know this: you can't change from a state of overwhelm.

You have to empty the bucket first.

That's what this workshop is for.

faq

What if I can't attend live?

You'll receive the replay within 24 hours and have 72 hours to watch it. Want to keep it permanently?Extended access is available for $27.

Do I need any special equipment?

Just a quiet space, a notebook, and a pen. We'll be doing some somatic work, so wear comfortable clothing. A glass of water or cup of tea is nice too :)

Is this really free?

Yes. I'm offering this workshop free because I want you to experience what's possible when you work at the nervous system level - not just the behavior level.

Will you try to sell me something?

I will share information about The Permission Experiment at the end for those interested in going deeper. No pressure, no hard sell.

What if I'm not sure I'm a "people-pleaser"?

If you're reading this and wondering "is this me?" - it probably is. People-pleasers are often the last to recognize the pattern because it feels so normal.
